If you want to know that you are carrying out the correct kind of exercise for your goals in the best possible way but don’t have the time or money to see a trainer this is a great package for you. We have a 45 mins consultation with you to discuss your goals, and then plan a 12 week progressive program for you to take away that will meet your needs.

We can also meet with you again to explain the workout and show you how it’s done.
