For me personal training is about preparing our bodies for any challenge that life throws at us. I like to ensure
that all my clients have a good level of 'prepared for anything fitness'. This means that whatever challenge or obstacle stands in front of us we have the physical ability and confidence to go for it. Being formally
overweight myself I understand the difficulties of work taking over your life, slipping back into bad habits,
being reluctant to try new things or asking for help. There is no miracle cure but I will gladly share my
experiences with you and discuss what steps we can take.

I like to make sure that my sessions are fun, friendly and never the same. That way you always look forward to
the next one.
