I’m hugely passionate about exercise and believe that regular training helps maintain a healthy body and mind.
Having said that I haven’t always liked exercise, in fact as a teenager I hated it! I vividly remember dreading
school cross country where I always seemed to finish last! However as I’ve grown older I can honestly say that exercising has not only changed me physically but has also had a real positive affect on my confidence and self-esteem; something I think everyone could benefit from. I only ask for two things from my clients (whatever your goals), you give it all you can and enjoy yourself.
