Mixed circuits class including kit and bodyweight exercise. A good all round fitness session.

Wednesday Sunrise Hilt and Core 6.30am-7.15am. The Rec, Wrington, North Somerset.
Focusing and Hilt training and building core strength.

Wednesday Strength and Conditioning 7pm-7.50pm. The Rec, Wrington, North Somerset.
Focusing on building strength using weighted kit.
Booked in 8 week blocks at £56 (£7 a session) or pay as you go for £10.

Thursday 9.15am- 10.05am
Back to exercise class. The Rec, Wrington, North Somerset.
A great lower tempo class to get you back to exercise after having a baby or some time out.

Friday Boxfit 6pm-6.50pm online via Zoom.
A mix of pad work and hiit training to get the heart rate high. A fun and good stress release session at the end of the week.

These are fun and varied classes for mixed abilities where people can work at their own pace. We often use kit such as kettlebells, medicine balls, boxing kit, ropes plus a large amount of body weight exercises.
