The free consultation starts with a meet and greet where the trainer and client get to know each other and discuss what the client is looking to achieve from the training. A free half hour taster session is also offered so that you can see what a session would feel like, what’s involved and if it’s what you’re looking for.
Your First Session
Your training will take place in an agreed location whether that is the comfort of your own home, your local park, at your work place or at our central studio location. The first session will be a series of assessments to test your current fitness levels which will then give us a base to work from. We will coach you through the correct techniques and show you how to get the most out of your sessions. You will be encouraged in a positive, friendly manner that will push you to gain results.
Your following sessions will be varied with various pieces of equipment to keep the sessions fun and new. As your abilities develop your training will develop with you and so will the intensity of your Cardiovascular and resistance training. This will help adaptations in your body take place. You will be supported through the week via text, phone, or email to encourage you to stay focused on your goals.
